Our support team provides technical support for our ProjectXnet hosted services. Support includes troubleshooting access to the applications through ProjectXnet and issues that may prevent use of an application feature. We coordinate with our own technical teams as well as appointed members of customers, partners, or vendors to provide end to end support.
If an issue falls outside of support services scope, we will offer suggestions for a solution.
