Overview
We develop software applications for management of cloud based enterprise IT installations as well as various role specific processes & utilities. All of our software is available in a Subscription Software + Services model. This means that we license the products on a monthly subscription basis, including any updates. If you require implementation, ongoing administrative or IT support, we price that as separate service. This gives our customers the lowest entry price & up front commitment with options for longer term engagements that parallel traditional License Fee + Annual Maintenance & Support software licensing. All of our software products listed below can be hosted by us or at a location of your choice.
Portal

Portal 5.0 was developed with a cloud mindset to simplify the management of users, applications, and back end systems connections. This is the same portal application we use to manage our hosted solutions, so it is mature and purpose focused. With portal in place, Business Users & Administrators have a more seemless self provisioning experience while IT Pros can be relieved of some routine tasks and focus on more traditional work.

Major Functionality includes a central company/contact repository; secure launching, provisioning and single sign on for various applications; and a activity based billing module. Based on the latest .NET technologies, portal is integrated with Active Directory and has a web services layer that can be used to leverage certain features for other integrations.
Support Self Service Support Self Service 5.0 was developed with a cloud mindset to simplify support management through a basic case/ticket system with integrated discussions. This is the same support application we use to manage our hosted solutions, so it is mature and purpose focused.

Major Functionality includes seemless portal integration; central company/contact repository; automatic case numbering; and threaded discussions with company, manager, and user based privacy. Based on the latest .NET technologies, SSS is integrated with Portal and takes full advantage of shared data.
eIvoice eInvoice is an construction operations focused application developed to facilitate fast and transparent online submission and approval of invoices by vendors and project staff. eInvoice eliminates the need for paper, duplicates and misplaced invoices. A workflow based approval system results in realtime visibility into the entire invoice approval process.

eInvoice has a tight integration with Prolog Manager and Document Management software so there is little or no configuration or programing involved with those applications.
The OBA Store The OBA Store is the Online Source for Microsoft Office Business Applications (OBAs) that work with Prolog. We have OBAs for every feature supported by Prolog including RFI's, Submittals, Punch List & Company Setup. We will be adding more versions each month.
